Once funds are added to a user's Stump11 account, they are non-refundable and can be utilized for participating in leagues, fun features, and contests organized by Stump11.com.
Users are not allowed to cancel confirmed transactions or seek refunds for any reason. However, Stump11 may, at its sole discretion, permit a user to cancel a transaction and refund the amount if the user submits a written request from the registered email ID. For transactions related to paid contests, the cancellation request must be received at least 1 day prior to the start of the respective round; no refunds will be issued thereafter.
In cases where Stump11 decides to refund a transaction amount, it will do so at its sole discretion, deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Users are advised to be aware of additional terms and conditions that govern transactions during the process. If there is a conflict between the present Terms and Conditions and the additional terms for transactions, the latter will prevail.
Refunds will only apply to amounts used for joining leagues and will be credited back to the Stump11 wallet source after deduction.
