Biography
Gouher Sultana is a seasoned Indian cricketer who has been part of the setup since 2008. Hailing from Hyderabad, she was first picked for the U21 Women’s Team and then the senior team in 2008. In a career that spanned six years, Sultana has played 50 ODIs and 37 T20Is for India. She has been out of favour in the national setup since 2014, but continues to feature in domestic cricket. With her wily left-arm spin, Sultana will now be seen in action for the UP Warriorz in the Women’s Premier League.
