That will be that from the second ODI. After losing the first game to rain, one expected an intriguing contest between bat and ball, but not to be. Only one team turned up and that team will look to clinch the series with another 'W' to their name. Same time, same place on Saturday. Do remember to join us for all the action on the weekend then. Cheers!!
Hashmatullah Shahidi | Afghanistan skipper: Very impressed with the way openers batted, it was not an easy wicket to bat on. We have outclassed them in all departments and really happy with the win. The wicket was a bit tricky in the first innings, but in cricket you cannot be relaxed till you achieve the result and we did a good job with the bowling side as well. Our team performance is going up day by day and everyone knows their role in the side and want to carry on this momentum as after one month we will have Champions Trophy. Feeling very proud (talking about recording their biggest win in ODIs) and happy and hopefully under my captaincy Afghanistan can achieve more and more.
Sediqullah Atal | Player of the Match: Want to thank the Almighty and my team-mates
Carig Ervine | Zimbabwe skipper: The pitch definitely played much better than the first game
