That's it from here for the night. We will be back with more action tomorrow. Do join us then. Till then take care and be well. Bye.
David Willey | Player of the Match: We wanted to start the tournament well, we talked about setting the tone and we got a nice start. I guess it's the swing. These balls have been a little inconsistent in practice, some swing and some don't. Left-armers swinging the ball back in is dangerous. We all wanted to do our strengths well. Credit to the backroom staff who have put a good squad together and we all complement each other. Last year was great fun, my most enjoyable. [on Haris Rauf] World-class bowler and he has performed throughout, great to have him here.
20:44 Local Time, 19:44 GMT, 01:14 IST: Thumping win for Welsh Fire. The target of 87 was never going to be enough and when the early wickets did not come, it was a stroll for the Fire. The job was done earlier with the ball and Fire helped themselves to some batting practice. An off-day for the Originals and they would want to brush this game off as a bad one. Fire on the other hand will be thrilled that they have gotten off to such a fine start. Stay tuned for the post-match stuff...
