India go 2-0 up but they cannot rest on their laurels, the games come thick and fast in this series and the next one is just two days away. India will have their sights set on sealing the series in Guwahati but expect the Aussies to comeback strong to try and ruin the party. India have outplayed Australia in both these games and can take a lot of confidence. The fearlessness and intent they played with today was great to watch. That's it from us, this is Kumar Abhisekh Das signing off on behalf of Anurag Hegde, Saurabh Shankar and Av Venkatesh. Take care and goodbye.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, Player of the Match: It was really special for me. I was trying to play all my shots. Was trying to be fearless. I was sure of my decisions. I have been told by Surya bhai and VVS sir to go and play freely. I have been asked to express myself. For me, what I think I can develop and not think about anything else. I am still learning. It was my mistake in the last game and said sorry to Ruturaj. Accepted was my mistake. Rutu bhai is so humble and very caring. I really worked on my fitness. I am trying to develop all my shots. The mental stuff is something I am working on. I believe in my practice sessions.
Suryakumar Yadav: The boys are not putting too much pressure on me. They are taking onus. I told them before, be prepared to bat first. There was a lot of dew. We talked to defend it later. When I saw Rinku came in to bat in the last game, the composure he showed was brilliant. It reminded me of someone(laughs). Everyone knows the answer(laughs again).
Australia's Head Coach, Andre Borovec (speaking in Matthew Wade's absence): Was poor execution. We could have made some inroads in the first 6-7 overs. Was a fine line with the execution in these conditions. Just the execution. We are making the right decisions.

Must have been tough for the bowlers but a good learning curve for the Indian bowlers as the ball continued to get very wet. The pacers did take some stick from the batters like David and Stoinis. But they came back well to polish off the tail.
Rinku Singh: I have been playing at 5-6 for a while, so I try to stay calm and focused. I just play the ball on its merit, watch the ball and play accordingly. He (Surya) is really good, we youngsters are enjoying ourselves with this setup. My role is to bat in the last 5 overs, so I have been working on his finishing skills. I do my net sessions with the same mindset.
22:47 Local Time, 17:17 GMT, 22:47 IST: India have a 2-0 lead now. The conditions in the second half weren't great for bowling as there was decent amount of dew. But Australian batters weren't smart enough. They lost 4 wickets in the first 8 overs and that didn't help the chase. David and Stoinis then started the fireworks. They accumulated 31 off 5 consecutives balls at one stage but their wickets opened the floodgates. Krishna nailed the yorker and so did Arshdeep. But it was the spin duo of Axar and Bishnoi who set it up for the Indians. Bishnoi picked three wickets. And Axar despite picking one wicket was the most economical bowler of the game. That meant the pacers despite going for a few runs had some cushion to play with. In the end, Wade tried to wield his willow and got himself 42 runs but that reduced the margin of defeat. India have a healthy lead now. And how vital was the cameo from Rinku Singh? His 31 off 9 balls seemed to have given the cushion to the Indian bowlers when the dew came in. The top three Indian batters got fifties but failed to go beyond 58. But the runs continued to flow as everyone came in to bat with positive intent.
