Solid performance from Dubai Capitals. Warner and Hope laid the foundation. The former batted till the end which allowed Gulbadin and Shanaka to go hammer and tongs. After posting 217, they went wicketless in the first ten overs but they didn't panic and ended up defending the total quite comfortably. Billings: It was a proper team performance. Everyone batted around David Warner. With the bowling, I had plenty of options but they were very clear. Chameera was the pick of the bowlers. You can take a lot of confidence from a performance like that. We would have chased as well. Two quality players at the top of the order. We ha d a decent start, tried to take it deep but we didn't finish as we wanted to. Credit to them, they bowled brilliantly. He (Russell) didn't deliver today, it's tough to hit from ball one.
