Back live for the run chase..
Alex Hales: Felt really good. There wasn't much swing and seam in the powerplay. I think it's a good total, happy with it. It might spin a litte more now. We need to learn from the first innings, need to drag back our lengths. Dan (Lawrence) played well, he kept the momentum going. We are above par, but we need to bowl well. I think I have played well in the last couple of games.
15:43 Local Time, 11:43 GMT, 17:13 IST: That's a daunting total posted by the Desert Vipers having elected to bat first. Fakhar Zaman departed after playing a rusty knock at the top, but Alex Hales kept the scoreboard ticking with his aggressive batting approach after his opening partner's dismissal. He also notched up fifty in the process, while Dan Lawrence played a similar knock, however, he unfortunately missed out his fifty by only one run. Sam Curran and Azam Khan chipped in with useful cameos towards the end as the Vipers finished with a total in excess of 190. For the Knight Riders, Jason Holder who took a couple of wickets was the pick of the bowlers. Willey bowled an impressive spell upfront as well. Back in 10 minutes for the second essay..
