Rassie van der Dussen: I probably would have batted as well. Its a great opportunity to rectify our mistakes from the last game. In the first ten overs we didnt do well with the ball but we did well in the second half of the innings. Nortje comes in for Coetzee and Nqaba Peter makes his debut.
Brandon King: We are going to bat. It was difficult chasing in the last game. We did well in the last game but there are areas we can improve on. Just one change – Shepherd is in.
West Indies have won the toss and have opted to bat
The T20 World Cup is round the corner and the excitement is gradually building up. The West Indies produced a brilliant all-round performance in the last game. King’s blistering fifty upfront enabled the hosts to post a competitive total although they faced a late collapse. Their bowling unit performed in unison and choked the South African batters. Only Reeza Hendricks waged a lone battled and played an outstanding knock – but minimal support from others meant that the Proteas were no match for the hosts.
