The hosts have won two of their three games while the visitors are yet to win a single game. The reverse fixture between these two teams in Geelong was called off due to unfavourable pitch conditions. The Scorchers, the defending champions, have fired on all cylinders and are the side to beat at present! They cruised to a dominant win against the Hurricanes at home in the last game. The Renegades, on the other hand, have suffered due to their lacklustre bowling. Although the batting has been decent but their bowlers have leaked runs and haven’t taken wickets consistently.
