They lost an early wicket in the form of Kelvon Anderson, but Saim Ayub and Shai Hope a decent partnership thereafter. Ayub failed to convert his start as Springer got him, while Hope departed after playing a handy knock of 40. Hales dropped Hetmyer when he was on 5 and the left-hander scored 31 before he was removed by Reifer. Azam Khan played some impressive shots in his innings and was the top-scorer for the Warriors with a fifty-plus score.
